When searching for a contractor to replace our leaking roof we got varying estimates from almost a dozen contractors for many different roofing products at various prices. After two months of research, we decided to go with CertainTeed Landmark Pro Architectural Shingles with their 50 year manufacturer’s warranty on materials and 25 years on workmanship. Once we determined the product, we reached out to CertainTeed to find a 5-star installer. We were directed to TQRR-Top Quality Remodeling & Restoration LLC to replace our roof. Dino & Jimmy were a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain all of the details from taking off the old roof to replacing the new roof and everything in between. Their roofing crew was amazing. They carefully covered our deck and patio as well as flowers and bushes. They were professional and had the roof completed in less than a day. Additional work replacing gutters and down spouts as well as replacement window shutters were done a few days later. The cleanup was equally impressive as we could hardly find any nails lying around the yard. After the project when we still had questions, Dino was still available to talk to us.  I would recommend Top Quality Remodeling & Restoration LLC to anyone who is interested in quality work at a reasonable price. TQR replaced my old roof due to a damage, leaking inside of ceiling. The owner quickly identified what the problems were and guided me to the right direction. They perform awesome  workmanship.  They were courteous, honest, and responsible. It says it all. Personally, I like things to be done in order and get things done smoothly and the right way. No cutting corners. and the TQR exceeded my expectation in that regard. It was a stress free experience with them which was a plus working in a covid pandemic environment. The owner absolutely was fantastic overseeing his crew workmanship to ensure that top quality services are being provided to his customer. I cannot say anything negative about them. Thank you to Dino and his crew for their expedient service in repairing my ridge vent.  As you can see from the photos they did an amazing job.  Dino also made the coordination process super easy.  I am extremely pleased and happy with the overall appearance of the job.  I highly recommend Top Quality Remodeling and Restoration.

I've worked with many contractors in the past and this company is top notch.  I needed a new roof and gutters for a 3,000 sq ft house.  TQRR helped me through the process, listening to my wants and concerns.  They guided me through selecting the right shingle type and color.  Ultimately, I received a great product at a competitive price with a 50 YEAR WARRANTY, which is backed by the shingle manufacturer for 50 years on the shingle and 25 years on the workmanship.  The owner, Dino, was onsite during work and provided great continuity and communication throughout the process.  All work was completed on time and in a professional manner.  This company is A+.

TQRR is certainly named appropriately.  They are without a doubt, TOP QUALITY in every aspect - professionalism, responsiveness, quality and value.  I placed a call for an estimate on a small siding repair due to wind damage.  Within 30 minutes, Gabe, the project manager, was at my home, made the repair and went the extra mile to ensure the damage wouldn't happen again by replacing the old finishing nails with 2 inch nails and placed them in the studs.  I was so impressed by the timeliness, helpfulness and knowledge, and that he took the time to explain the job to me.  It really made the experience completely stress free.  I highly recommend TQRR for any remodeling or restoration needs.  I will certainly be using them in the future.  Great experience overall.
